Delivery Timeframe:

  • Our standard delivery timeframe is 3-4 business days from the date your order is placed, regardless of where you are in the world. We strive to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping details and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of shipping will be provided during the checkout process. Any promotional shipping offers will be advertised separately.

 

Delivery Issues:

  • If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@shave-tastic.com. We'll do our best to track down your order and ensure it gets to you as soon as possible.
  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate. ShaveTastic is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.

 

Multiple Shipments:

  • Depending on stock availability, your order might be split into multiple shipments. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees in this scenario. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

 

International Shipping:

  • ShaveTastic is pleased to offer international shipping to customers all around the globe. All international shipments are also delivered within the 3-4 business day window.

 

Handling & Customs:

  • Please note that any potential customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

Additional Notes:

  • During promotional periods or holidays, shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during these times.
  • If a package is returned to ShaveTastic due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, as well as the redelivery cost.
